摘 要:连续等通道转角(CECA)大应变是一种加工工件长度不受限制的可实现连续操作的大应变技术。采用有限元软件Deform-3D对CECA大应变技术进行仿真模拟,重点考察了驱动轮对数(1~6对)对抑制工件打滑、驱动轮扭矩和能耗的影响。结果表明:驱动轮对数是CECA大应变技术的一个关键技术参数。随着驱动轮对数的增加,应变分布更加均匀,打滑现象得到控制,工件到达出口过程中消耗的能量减少,工件离开出口后主驱动轮扭矩占总扭矩百分比减少,扭矩分配更合理。4对驱动轮具有最低的能量消耗,并且应变均匀、打滑现象低,是比较理想的一种驱动方式。CECA large strain is a technique which includes the unlimited length of work-piece and continuous operation.The CECA process with 1~6 pairs of driving wheels was simulated by Deform-3D finite element software,the influences of the number of driving wheel pair on the inhibition of skid,torque distribution and energy consumption were studied.The results show that the number of driving wheel pair is a key parameter for CECA technique.With the increase of the number of driving wheel pair,the strain uniformity improves and the work-piece's skid is suppressed,the energy consumption in the process of the work-piece reaching the die outlet reduces,while the ratio of main driving wheel torque to total torque decreases after the work-piece leaves the ECA die outlet and the torque distribution becomes more reasonable.It is concluded that four pairs driving wheels have the lowest energy consumption and uniform strain as well as low skid,and which is an ideal drive method.
