摘  要:采用水蒸气等离子弧技术进行了7A52铝合金薄板焊接试验,研究了坡口形式和焊接参数对接头成形的影响,确定了最佳焊接工艺参数。对焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能进行了检测分析,结果表明:宏观上接头内部无明显的气孔、夹渣和裂纹等焊接缺陷,其最大抗拉强度可达母材的50%,伸长率优于母材,能够满足野外应急维修焊接的要求。7A52 aluminum thin plate was welded by vapor plasma arc welding technology.The effect of groove type and welding parameters on the joint quality was studied.The best welding parameters of the vapor plasma arc welding were confirmed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were investigated.The results show that there are no abnormal porosity,inclusions and micro-cracks in welded joint,the largest tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 50% as much as base material,the elongation of the welded joint is much better than base material,which can satisfy the requirements of field maintenance weld.
