摘　　要：通过实例介绍金属电弧喷涂模具快速制造的工艺流程,主要包括:母模的制备;母模表面预处理;金属电弧喷涂;填充背衬材料;脱模及后处理等。金属电弧喷涂快速模具制造具有工艺简单、制作周期短、模具成本低和精度高等优点,为汽车覆盖件模具的快速制造提供了新的制造方法。The process of rapid making auto body panels die with electric arc spraying is introduced,including preparation of the master mold,pretreatment of the master mold surface,metal electric arc spraying,filling backing material,ejection and post-processing.The electric arc spraying rapid die making technology has advantages of simple process,short cycle,low cost and high precision and so on,which provide new methods for auto body panel die rapid making.
