摘　　要：目的：探讨腰骶段植骨融合和不同的内固定系统.方法：查阅并分析近年来相关文献,总结腰骶段植骨融合和不同内固定技术的发展概况.结果：腰骶段植骨融合和后路内固定系统已被广泛地运用于临床工作.但是目前还没有一种可靠并有效的腰骶前路内固定系统可用于临床.结论：鉴于后路手术存在一定的局限性,设计一种有效的腰骶前路内固定系统是必要的.Objective：To discuss the bone - implant fusion and different fixation systems for the lumbo- sacral region. Methods：To consuh and analyze the recent articles about the progress of bone - implant fusion and ditt＇erent fixation systems for the lumbosacral region. Results： Bone - implant fusion and the posterior fixa- tion systems for the lumbosacral region have been extensively used in clinical work. But there is still not a relia- ble and effective anterior fixation system for the lumbosacral region in clinical work. Conclusions：An effective anterior fixation system should be designed for the lumbosaeral region.
