摘　　要：目的通过上海市普陀区社区人群高血压的基线调查资料,评估其高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率。方法采用问卷调查和现场体检及实验室检查方法,在4个社区随机抽取年龄≥35岁的人群2036人(男性856人,女性1180人)进行分析。结果①高血压患病率48.0%(男性51.4%,女性45.5%),标化患病率为31.6%(男性37.5%,女性28.7%);②高血压知晓率为85.4%、治疗率为66.7%、控制率为41.3%,其中知晓率和治疗率<50岁的人群最低,分别为47.0%和51.0%,控制率70岁以上的老年人最低,为35.0%;③正常血压者22.9%,正常高值血压者29.1%,高血压1、2、3级水平分别为41.6%、5.5%和0.9%,在高血压患者中单纯性收缩期高血压占26.6%。结论上海市普陀区社区人群高血压患病率较高,虽然高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率在全国处于较高水平,但中青年高血压人群的治疗状况还不理想,老年高血压患者的降压达标有待提高。Objective To evaluate the rate of prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in a community population in Putuo District,Shanghai,we analysed the data of the baseline survey.Methods We conducted a field epidemiological study of aged over 35 randomly selected from the four communities in Putuo District,Shanghai.two thousand and thirty six people were recruited in total,and each participant was invited to receive a set of standardized questionnaire,physical examinations and laboratory tests.Results ①The prevalence rate of hypertension was 48.0%（51.4% in male and 45.5% in female）.After standardization,the rate was 31.6%（37.5% in male and 28.7% in female）;②The rate of awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension were 85.4%,66.7% and 41.2%,respectively.The lowest rate of awareness and treatment were 47.0% and 51.0%,respectively in the crowd below the age of 50.Meanwhile,the control rate of over 70 years old was the lowest,35.0%.③The incidence of normal and high-normal hypertension were 22.9 % and 29.1%.In addition,first grade hypertension was 41.5%,second grade 5.5%,and third grade 0.9%.There was 26.6% of isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）among all hypertensive patients.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in communities in Putuo District was relatively high.Although the rate of awareness,treatment,and control were higher than average of country,weakness still existed in the treatment for young and middle-aged hypertensive patients.It was important to improve the control rate in elderly hypertensive patients.
