摘 要:基于短流程熔炼工艺特点,对短流程熔炼工艺生产高强度铸铁的技术进行了研究。利用热分析、金相分析、力学分析和拉伸断口形貌分析等技术手段,对短流程熔炼的铁液过热、净化处理、保温与孕育处理等工艺过程进行了分析研究。结果表明,恰当地过热、净化、保温和孕育工艺,可最大限度地消除高炉铁液的遗传影响,获得高强度孕育铸铁件。同时,对短流程熔炼工艺生产高强度铸铁的能源效益、经济与环境效益进行了分析。In present paper,the influences of superheating temperature,holding and inoculating time and purifying treatment on the quality of iron melt in the short-flow melting process for high-strength cast iron was studied by means of the thermal analysis,metallographic and mechanical properties testing.It was shown that when the short-cut melting process is used in the production of high-strength cast iron,properly overheating,holding,inoculation and purification are the most effective method to eliminate the negative effect of blast furnace iron melt heredity on cast iron and make the high strength cast iron with the pearlite matrix.The energy consumption,economic benefits and environmental effect about the short-cut melting process were also analyzed.
