摘  要:采用过流冷却体法制备亚共晶高铬铸铁,研究过流冷却体工艺条件对亚共晶高铬铸铁组织的影响。结果表明,采用过流冷却体法制备的组织与常规凝固组织相比圆整度较高、尺寸较小;过流冷却体长度、角度、凹槽半径对亚共晶高铬铸铁初生奥氏体的形貌影响均很明显。随着过流冷却体长度、角度的增大,初生奥氏体的圆整度先提高后降低,尺寸先减小后增大。大凹槽半径的过流冷却体制备的初生奥氏体较小凹槽半径过流冷却体制备的初生奥氏体圆整、细小。Hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron was prepared by inclined cooling plate method and the influence of process conditions of the inclined cooling plate on semi-solid structure of hypoeutectic high chromium was mainly studied.The results showed that structure globularity of hypoeutectic high chromium by inclined cooling plate method was better than that of conventional cast with the size of the former smaller than that of the latter.The length,angle and slot radius of inclined cooling plate obviously influence on the morphology of primary austenite in hypeoeutectic high chromium cast iron.When the angle of the slope plate and the length of the slope plate increased,the spherical degree of primary austenite of hypeoeutectic high chromium cast iron firstly got improved then decreased,and the size firstly reduce then augment.The structure of primary austenite in hyperoutectic high chromium cast iron got more globule and smaller in size with large slot radius of inclined cooling plate than that with small slot radius.
