摘 要:介绍了铸造旧砂砂粒的表面状况和磨轮式再生机的工作原理,分析指出了主流能量理论的局限性,认为在磨轮式旧砂再生中能量理论无法适用;进而采用力学分析方法来探讨磨轮式旧砂再生的再生机理,解释了要取得较好的再生效果所需满足一定条件的原因,为各个实验参数的设定找出了定性的理论依据。分析结果表明,在实际应用中,在再生机工作部件转速一定且不能无限加大的情况下,应当给旧砂砂层增加适合的压力值以达到最佳再生效果。The surface condition of used foundry sand and work mechanism of wheel grinding type reclaimer are introduced.By analyzing and illustrating the limitation of mainstream energy theory was pointed out,which the author considered was inapplicable.Then the reclaiming mechanism of wheel grinding type reclaiming is discussed with mechanical methods,it was well explained why certain conditions should be needed for getting better effect of regeneration,and found out the qualitative theory basis for each experiment parameter setting.The results show that,in practice,in the event that the rotational speed of working parts of the reclaiming machine is kept at certain speed and this speed value has certain limit,so that the most appropriate pressure should be applied to sand layers in order to get the best effect of regeneration.
