摘  要:利用ProCAST软件对薄壁铝铸件真空差压铸造充型过程进行了数值模拟,通过分析不同压差下单级充型的金属液充填形态,提出了薄壁铝铸件真空差压分级充型工艺。通过优化模拟方案,得出了最佳压差和时间的关系曲线。研究结果表明,在铸件易出现裹气、紊流的位置改变充型压力,实现充型速度的分级,有利于金属液的逐层平稳充型,降低铸造缺陷,提高铸件质量。The filling process of thin-wall aluminum under the condition of vacuum counter-pressure casting was simulated by ProCAST.Grade filling process of vacuum counter-pressure casting on thin-walled aluminum castings is proposed,according to analyzing the single-stage filling forms of liquid metal with different pressures.Through optimizing the simulation schemes,the optimum technologic parameters in VCPC were obtained.The study indicated that by changing the filling pressure and achieving the grading on filling velocity where it is easy to form gas trapping and turbulent flow,it is beneficial for realizing filling mould of metal liquid to stabilize,and it could reduce the casting defects and improve the quality of castings.
