摘  要:通过对酚醛树脂含量为2.5%的宝珠砂进行覆膜工艺优化,了最佳覆膜工艺参数及其影响规律,其试件的常温抗拉强度达到了6.2 MPa。同时,对用最佳覆膜工艺方案制备的覆膜宝珠砂进行激光烧结实验,确定激光烧结工艺参数为:预热温度60℃,铺粉厚度0.4 mm,扫描间距0.15 mm。当激光功率为35 W和扫描速度为800 mm/s时,其烧结件表面平整,轮廓清晰,初强度达到了0.86 MPa,可以实现具有精细结构的复杂薄壁零件的快速铸造。Through the coating process optimization of the Pearl sand with phenolic resin content of 2.5%,the optimum coating process parameters and the influence law were established,And the tensile strength of the sample at room temperature achieved 6.2 MPa.At the meanwhile,the coated sand made with the optimum coating process plan was used in the laser sintering experiment and the molding process parameters of laser sintering were:preheating temperature 60 ℃,thickness of spreading powder 0.4 mm,Scan pitch 0.15 mm.When laser power was 35W and scanning speed was 800 mm/s,the surface of the sintered part was smooth and its outline was clear,the initial strength reached 0.86 MPa,Rapid Casting of complex thin-walled part with fine structure could be achieved.
