摘  要:目的: 评价肿瘤坏死因子-α基因-238位点G、A单核苷酸多态性与梅毒遗传易感性的关系。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测56例早期显性梅毒患者、38例早期潜伏梅毒患者和102例正常人对照组TNF-α基因-238位点G、A单核苷酸多态性。结果:早期梅毒组TNF-α基因-238位点G、A等位基因的分布频率分别为0.968、0.032,对照组分布频率分别为0.975和0.025,两组相比无显著差异(P=0.657);显性梅毒组TNF-α基因-238位点G、A等位基因的分布频率分别为0.973和0.027,潜伏梅毒组分布频率分别为0.961和0.039,两组相比无显著差异(P=0.114)。结论:TNF-α基因-238位点G、A单核苷酸多态性与梅毒遗传易感性可能无显著相关。Objective: To associate tumor necrosis factor-α - gene - 238 G, A single nucleotide polymorphism with susceptibility to syphilis. Methods: Tumor necrosis factor -α - gene - 238 G, A single nucleotide polymor- phism was detected by real - time quantitative fluorescent PCR in 56 early symptomatic syphilis patients, 38 early latent syphilis patients, and 102 normal controls. Results: Frequency of G, A allele was 0.968 and 0.032 in the early syphilis group, and 0. 975 and 0. 025 in the controls, with no significant difference. Frequency of G, A allele was 0. 973 and 0. 027 in the early symptomatic syphilis group, and 0. 961 and 0. 039 in early latent syphilis group, with no significant difference. Conclusion: Tumor necrosis factor--α- gene - 238 G, A single nucleotide polymorphism was not associated with susceptibility to syphilis.
