摘　　要：目的 :检测基质金属蛋白酶家族(matrixmetalloproteinases,MMPs)在尖锐湿疣皮损中的表达。方法:采用PV-9000免疫组化法检测40例男性初发尖锐湿疣皮损和20例正常对照包皮中MMP-2、MMP-7和MMP-9的表达率。结果 : 尖锐湿疣皮损中MMP-2、MMP-7和MMP-9细胞阳性表达率分别为90%、97.5%和100%显著高于正常包皮组织(P<0.01)。MMPs的阳性表达率与尖锐湿疣病程呈正相关。结论 : MMPs可能参与了尖锐湿疣的发病过程。Objective： To determine the expression of matrixmetalloproteinases （MMPs） in the patients with con- dyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods： The expression of MMP- 2, MMP- 7 and MMP- 9 was detected by PV- 9000 immunotfistochemistry in the lesions of 40 male cases of primary CA and foreskin from 20 normal controls. Resuits： The expression rate of MMP - ：2, MMP - 7 and MMP - 9 was significantly higher in CA than that in normal foreskin tissue （P 〈 0.01）, and was positively correlated with the duration of the disease. Conclusion： MMPs may be involved in the pathogenesis of condvloma acuminatum.
