摘　　要：目的 探讨Tornwaldt＇s囊肿的影像学表现.方法 收集7例临床证实的Tornwaldt＇s囊肿,分析其64排CT或1.5T MR的影像学表现并复习文献.结果 7例Tornwaldt＇s囊肿均位于鼻咽顶部正中位置,椭圆形4例,圆形3例.病变大小6～9 mm（短径）×8～13 mm（长径）,平均7.6 mm（短径）×10.4 mm（长径）.1例CT表现为圆形等密度影.MRI表现：T1WI 1例稍高信号,5例等、低信号 6例T2WI、FLAIR均为高信号,DWI（b=0 s/mm2）高信号,DWI（b=1000 s/mm2）等低信号.结论 Tornwaldt＇s囊肿有其特殊的好发部位,结合其特征性的影像学表现,可提高其与鼻咽部其他实性或囊性病变鉴别诊断的能力.Objective To investigate the imaging appearances of Tornwaldt＇s cyst. Methods 7 cases with Tornwaldt＇s cysts confirmed by clinic were collected. 64--slice spiral CT or MRI features of Tornwaldt＇s cyst were analyzed. Results All Tornwaldt＇s cysts located in the eentric position of nasopharynx. Four cysts appeared as oval and three cysts appeared as round . The cysts were 649 mm（short diameter） ×8-13 ram[long diameter）with average of 7.6 mm（short diameter）× 10.4 mm （long diameterl in size. At CT,the cyst in one case was round with isodensity . At MRI , the cysts were slight hyperintense in 1/6 , iso-or hypo--intense in 5/6 on Tt Wl, hyperintense on Tz WI, FI.AIR and DWI （ b = 0 s/mm2 ） in 6/6, and iso--, hypointense on DWI （ b = 1000 s/mm2 ）. Conclusion Tornwaldt＇s cyst has special predilection site and distinctive imaging features,which can help in differential diagnosis with the other solid or cystic diseases.
