摘 要:目的 研究3.0T超高场强磁共振成像对早期膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎诊断的能力.方法 回顾性分析100例经膝关节镜及临床随访证实的膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎MRI影像资料,评价剥脱性骨软骨炎的MRI特点.结果 100例膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎患者MR检查结果:参照Kramer分型方法共分为Ⅴ型,Ⅰ型18例,Ⅱ型33例,Ⅲ型57例,Ⅳ型25例,Ⅴ型17例.SPIR-3D-FFE-T1WI序列敏感性为91.4%,特异性为97%.结论 SPIR-3D-FFE-T1WI序列有利于膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎的早期诊断.Objective To study the efficacy of 3.0T ultra-high field MR in the detection of early osleoehondritis dissecans of the knee. Methods 100 cases with knee osteochondritis dissecans of the knee proved by arthroscopy and clinic were reviewed and ana- lyzed. MRI features were evaluated. Results According to Kramer staging,MR imaging showed:Type I in 18 cases,type II in 33 cases,type III in 57 cases,type Ⅳ in 25 cases and type Ⅴ in 17 cases. The sensitivity, specificity of SPIR--3D FFE T1WI se- quence in diagnosing osteochondritis dissecans of the knee were 91.4 % and 97 %,respectively. Conclusion MR SPIR--3D--FFE-- T% Wl sequence is of significant value in diagnosing early osteochondritis dissecans of the knee.
