摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的蛋白表达,微血管密度(MVD)与鼻息肉的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例鼻息肉组织中和10例下鼻甲组织中VEGF的蛋白表达情况,并用图像分析仪测定其平均灰度值,对两者之间的关系及和MVD之间的关系进行统计学分析。结果:①VEGF在鼻息肉组织中的表达量明显高于下鼻甲组织(P<0.05)。②鼻息肉组织中MVD与下鼻甲组织中MVD之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③鼻息肉组织中VEGF在血管中的平均灰度值均与MVD负相关(r=-0.664,P<0.05)。结论:在鼻息肉组织中,VEGF蛋白表达增多,MVD增加提示:VEGF在鼻息肉的发生发展中起了关键性作用。联合检测VEGF蛋白表达情况及MVD对鼻息肉的治疗、预防复发及制定有效合理的治疗方案具有重要的参考价值。Objective：To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and microvessel density（MVD）,in nasal polyps and its significance.Method：The expression of VEGF,in nasal polyps from 50pa-tients and inferior turbinates from 10patients were studied with immunohistochemical methods,measurating their grey score,the relations between expression microvessel density were analyzed.Result：①The differences between the VEGF expression in nasal polyp gland and vascula were significant（P0.05）.②The differences between the microvessel quantities in nasal polyps and inferior turbinates were significant（P0.05）.③The association between VEGF expression in vascular of nasal polyps and microvessel density was significant（r=-0.664 P0. 05）.Conclusion：In nasal polyps,VEGF,expression increased.Those results show that the abnormal expression of VEGF and MVD may play an imporent role in the development of nasal polyps.There was an important value for proper treatment and prediction of nasal polyps.
