摘 要:目的:探讨大蒜提取物对铜绿假单胞毒力因子表达的影响。方法:测定外毒素A的活性及绿脓菌素和弹性蛋白酶的表达量,统计分析外毒素A活性、绿脓菌素及弹性蛋白酶表达量的差异。结果:大蒜提取物对双突变株PAO-JP2的各种表达无影响,而对标准株PAO1的各种表达有影响。结论:大蒜提取物可竞争性地通过细菌群体感应(QS)系统对PA的毒力表达产生抑制作用,降低PA的致病性。我们推测大蒜提取物中可能含有某一种化合物与QS信号分子结构相似,产生同种作用。OBJECTIVE To study on the effect of garlic extractions on the expression of virulence factors production in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. METHODS The activity of exotoxin A and the protein quantifications of pyocyanine and elastase were tested. The differences between the expression of exotoxin A,pyocyanine and elastase were compared. RESULTS There was no effect on a variety expression of double-mutant PAO-JP2 contained garlic extractions, while there were some effects on a variety expression of the standard PAO1 contained garlic extractions . CONCLUSION The garlic extractions can inhibit the main virulence factors expression by quorum Isensing(QS) systems and reduce the pathogenicity of PA . We speculate that garlic extract may contain a compound with a molecular structure similar to the QS signal to produce this effect.
