河北省产业结构演进与经济增长关系的偏离份额分析

摘　　要：采用偏离-份额分析法,以全国和北京为标准区域,分析了河北省从"六五"到"十一五"时期产业结构演进与经济增长的关系以及产业结构的优劣和竞争力的强弱。结论表明:河北省第一产业有一定竞争优势,是农业大省但不是农业强省;第二产业内部结构存在问题;第三产业偏小,缺乏竞争力。据此提出以调整投资结构促进产业结构优化来推动河北经济快速发展的对策。Taking China and Beijing as standard areas,the shift-share method is used for analyzing the relationship between the industrial structure evolution and the economic growth,and for studying the industrial structure of the strength and competitiveness in Hebei for the period from ＂6th five-year plan＂ to ＂11th five-year plan＂.Conclusion shows that primary industry in Hebei has some competitive edges,but the Hebei is a big agricultural province instead of a strong agricultural province.The internal structure of second industry exists problems and tertiary industry is small and short of competitiveness.Hence,it is proposed that we should adjust investment structure to optimize industrial structure,which would promote the rapid economic development in Hebei province.
