摘 要:针对活性染料印花中使用大量尿素而污染水源的问题,以真丝绸02双绉为研究对象,使用三甘醇作为尿素替代品来部分代替尿素对其进行活性染料印花。通过测试印花品K/S值和色差值,研究了三甘醇的比例对单色、双拼色及三拼色印花品性能的影响,同时对三甘醇取代前后织物的染料渗透率和印花色牢度进行比较。结果表明,尿素与三甘醇的最佳混拼比为25∶75,此时印花织物的渗透率、耐摩擦牢度及耐洗色牢度达到全尿素印花水平。Targeted at the problem of the water pollution because of using a large number of urea in printing with reactive dyes,this paper took the silk 02 crepe de chine as a research object,using TEG as an alternative to replace part of the urea to print silk with reactive dyes.The effects of the TEG ratio on the performance of monochromic,double-colored and three-colored printed products were studied,through testing the K/S values and Delta E of the printed products.Meanwhile the penetration property and color fastness of printed fabrics with TEG were compared with without TEG.The results showed that the best percentage of urea and TEG was 25 %∶75 %.The penetration property,rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the printed fabric with the ratio of urea and TEG reached the level of full-urea printing.
