摘　　要：工程保证担保市场是一个经营信用风险的市场,保持担保主体的信用是这一市场赖以存在的关键。为了保持市场担保主体的信用,防止因担保主体无力承担赔付责任而造成市场信用的崩溃,需要加强对工程保证担保市场的监督管理工作,制定相应的防范措施。Construction surety system is full of credit risks and maintaining the guarantor＇s credit is crucial for the market.In order to maintain the guarantor＇s credit and to prevent the market from credit crisis because guarantor can＇t afford compensation,it is needed to strengthen the supervision and management of construction surety system,and to provide corresponding measures.
