云南小狭口蛙染色体组型和Ag-NORs的研究

摘　　要：本文对云南小狭口蛙的染色体组型和ＡｇＮＯＲｓ 进行了研究，其结果为２ ｎ＝ ２６＝ ５ ＋８ ＝ ２２ｍ ＋ ４ｓｍ ，ＮＦ＝ ５２ ，Ｎｏ．６ 染色体对长臂上有一恒定的次缢痕，且ＡｇＮＯＲｓ 位于Ｎｏ．６ｑ 的次缢痕区。本文还将云南小狭口蛙的染色体组型与已知染色体组型的近缘属种进行了比较。The karyotypes and Ag NORs of Calluella yunnanensis were studied from Shuicheng fenghuang, yangmei. The diploid number of the species, 2n is 26, with NF=52 and 5+8 pattern, consisting of 11 pairs of metacentric and 2 pairs of sub metatric elements(Nos.4 12). One pairs of standard NOR s exist in the long arm of No.6 chromosome. And karyotypes and Ag NOR s of Calluella yunnanensis were compared with that of other relative pecies of Microhlidae.
