不同手术方法治疗肩关节习惯性脱位245例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同手术方法治疗肩关节习惯性脱位的临床效果。方法 1988年5月～2009年11月分别采用Putti-Platt术、Weber术、Bristow术和关节镜下Bankart修补术治疗肩关节习惯性脱位245例,随访6个月～4年,观察疗效。结果 Putti-Platt术优良率71.1%,Weber术优良率85.3%,Bristow术优良率80.3%,关节镜下Bankart修补术优良率95.2%。结论关节镜下Bankart修补术较其他开放性术式治疗肩关节习惯性脱位创伤小,恢复快,手术肩关节功能恢复好,但应严格掌握手术适应证。Objective To observe the effect of different surgical methods used in the treatment of habitual shoulder dislocation.Methods During May 1988 and November 2009,we performed Putti-Patt,Weber,Bristow and arthroscopy Bankart repair for 245 patients with habitual dislocation of the shoulder.The postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 months to 4 years.The clinical effect of both groups was observed.Results The excellent rate of Putti-Patt,Weber,Bristow and arthroscopy Bankart surgery were 71.1%,85.3%,80.3% and 95.2% respectively.Conclusion Arthroscopy Bankart repair has the advantages of minimal invasion,optimal and fast functional recovery of the shoulder.It will be used more extensively,but more attention should be paid to surgical indication of arthroscopy Bankart repair.
