摘　　要：在图书馆集成管理软件、计算机网络技术以及相关配套技术都日趋成熟的今天，图书馆一卡通从一种服务理念被提出到目前在越来越多的地区应用，极大地方便了读者，提升了公共图书馆的服务质量。读者凭一张借阅卡，可以在地区（省、市）各个公共图书馆实现借书、还书等操作。With the great development of the library software system and computer network technology, the libray＇s＂One Card＂ as a concept to be presented as a service to be applied frequently. The great convenient for readers improved the quality of services of public libraries. With a borrowed card, you can borrow or return books in every library of the regional （provincial and municipal） place.
