排球运动制胜因素与核心竞争力研究

摘　　要：在综合以前不同时期排球制胜因素文献资料的基础上,结合排球运动的特点,对现阶段排球主要制胜因素进行了归纳与总结,认为高度、力度、准确、全面、心理五大板块是制胜因素的主要内涵,并在基础上,结合可能影响比赛的实际因素,得出排球运动的核心竞争力主要表现在网上优势、规范的技术动作、全面的战术系统,稳定的心理和充沛的体能,及教练员利用暂停或者换人等手段对比赛的适时控制六个方面.On the basis of a sorting out of the volleyball winning factors in previous literature and in combination of the characteristics of volleyball,the major winning factors in the sport of volleyball are thus obtained.We are convinced that height,strength,precision,versatility and mentality constitute the biggest part of the volleyball winning factors.On such a basis and taking into consideration some practical factors affecting volleyball competitions,a conclusion is arrived at that the core competitiveness lies in the following six aspects,namely the advantages over the net,the normative technical movements,the comprehensive tactics system,the stable mentality,the sufficient physical strength and the timely control of the match through suspension,substitution or other means by the coach.
