摘　　要：本文简要地介绍了模块组合式微光夜视电荷耦合器件（ＩＣＣＤ）的组成结构，运用一种简便易行但却可靠的方法对ＩＣＣＤ成像系统的衬比传递函数（ＣＴＦ）进行了测量，并且将结果转化为调制传递函数（ＭＴＦ）曲线，获得较为满意的结果．A kind of mould - composing intensified charge coupled device (ICCD) is discussed in this paper. A simple, convenient and reliable method is introduced to contrast transfer func- tion (CTF) of this device and the date is tansformed to get its modulation tansfer function (MTF). Satisfactory results are obtained.
