摘 要:不同土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)在质量浓度小于25 mg/kg时,对3种作物种子的发芽率均无显著性影响。在壤土和砂壤土条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度小于2 mg/kg时,对试验种子发芽的根伸长及鲜质量均无显著性影响,粘土条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度小于1 mg/kg时对种子的根伸长及鲜质量的影响也不显著,但随着质量浓度的增高转变为越来越强烈的抑制作用。经相关分析可知,土壤Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度与作物种子的根伸长抑制率呈极显著正相关。由回归方程计算得到抑制率达到25%的EC25值,通过比较得出Cr(Ⅵ)在粘土中的抑制作用最强,在壤土和砂壤土中相差不大。This paper carried out some experimentations to study the influence of Cr(Ⅵ) on the crop seed germination in different soils.The results showed that there is no significant difference on germination percentage if the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) lower 25 mg/kg.In loam soil and sandy loam soil,there were no significant difference on root elongation and fresh weight of crop seed if the concentration lower 2 mg/kg,and also in clay soil if lower 1 mg/kg.It becomes significant inhibition along with the increment of concentration.Through correlation analysis,it showed significant positive correlation between concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) and inhibition rate of root elongation.After comparing the,which equals the concentration with the inhibition rate of 25% and calculated by the regression equation,the paper find that the inhibition rater is strongest in clay soil,and those in loam soil and sandy loam soil are similar.
