摘 要:在室内条件下,监测了发芽后30 d冬小麦幼苗在蒸馏水及Hoagland营养液培养条件下夜间水力提升的数量及其与蒸腾速率、气孔导度、根干质量、茎叶干质量以及根/茎等之间的关系。结果表明,冬小麦幼苗夜间蒸腾速率呈单峰曲线变化,在00:00达到最高。蒸馏水处理和Hoagland营养液处理的平均夜间蒸腾速率分别为2.34和1.85 mmolH2O/(m2.s)。从20:00到次日06:00,Hoagland营养液处理的冬小麦幼苗水力提升量为32.84mg/株,显著高于蒸馏水处理的13.68 mg/株。相关分析表明,冬小麦幼苗夜间水力提升量与蒸腾速率呈显著负相关关系,与根/茎呈显著正相关关系,和气孔导度无相关关系。可为冬小麦水分精准管理提供理论依据。The experiment was conducted under the conditions of indoors,to study the effects of distilled water and Hoagland nutrient solution on the hydraulic lift quantity at night after 30 days after germination of winter wheat,and the relationship between the hydraulic lift quantity and transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,root dry matter,shoot dry matter,and root-shoot ratio(R/S).The results showed that the transpiration rate in winter wheat seedlings at night appeared as a single-peak curve,its maximum value was observed at 00:00,the average transpiration rate in distilled water treatment and Hoagland nutrient solution treatment in winter wheat seedlings at night were 2.34 and 1.85 mmolH2O/(m^2·s).From 20:00 to 06:00,the hydraulic lift in case of Hoagland nutrient solution treatment in winter wheat seedlings was 32.84 mg/plant,which was significantly higher than that in case of the distilled water treatment by 13.68 mg/plant.The results showed that the hydraulic lift quantity in winter wheat seedlings at night was significantly negative correlated with the transpiration rate,was significantly positive correlated with the R/S,and was not significantly correlated with stomatal conductance.The experimental results would be provided saving-water measures in precision agriculture with theoretical basis.
