摘  要:基于水资源合理配置方案具有多目标性和模糊不相容性的特点,从社会、经济、生态环境和水资源利用4个方面提出了水资源合理配置指标体系,建立了基于欧氏贴近度的水资源配置方案综合评价的多层模糊物元模型,并将此评价模型及指标体系应用到武嘉灌区水资源配置方案评价中,最终选出了社会、经济、生态协调发展的水资源合理配置方案,该方案符合武嘉灌区的实际情况,且与其他评价模型结果一致,说明本文建立的评价指标体系和模型是合理、可行的,为水资源合理配置方案综合评价提供了一种新的决策方法。Rational allocation of water resources is multi-objective,fuzzy,and incompatible.In view of that piont,this paper proposed valuation index system of water resources allocation from the perspectives of society,economic,eco-environment and water resource utilization,set up multi-level fuzzy matter-element evaluation model based on O-approach degree theory,and successfully put it into process of evaluating water resources deployment alternatives in Wujia irrigation area.The article finally selected the best solution that is compatible with development of Society,economic and environment.The result is practical and in accordance with the result by other model,which proves that model set by this paper is reasonable and practicable,it can serve as a new method in decision procedure for comprehensive evaluation of water resource utilization.
