摘  要:长江干流与支流洪水互相遭遇往往是形成长江流域特大洪水的原因之一。目前,长江三峡工程已经建成,该工程具有防洪、发电、航运、灌溉、供水和发展库区经济等巨大综合效益,特别是对中下游防洪安全有着特别重要的意义。为进一步优化三峡工程调度方案,充分发挥其巨大的防洪效益,本文从遭遇次数、遭遇时间、遭遇程度以及洪峰、洪量等角度,主要采用水文学分析法,重点研究了三峡以上的长江上游与洞庭湖不同量级的洪水遭遇规律。Flood from its main stream and branches encountering together is the main reason of serious flood in Yangtze River.Now the Three Gorges Project has been build,which has huge and compositive benefits such as flood control,power generation,navigation,irrigation,water supply and economic development in the reservoir area,and has a special important significance for the safety of flood control in the mid-down stream.To provide research foundation for optimizing the regulation scheme of the Three Gorges Project and make the best use of its huge flood-control capacity,this paper focus different magnitudes from Yangtze River upstream and Dongting Lake by the hydrological analysis method,from the roles as encounter frequency,encounter time,encounter magnitude and peak discharge,flood volume and soon.
