摘　　要：以西安某公共建筑能耗审计及节能项目为例,从建筑概况、围护结构、空调系统、供热系统等方面介绍了办公类建筑能耗审计的主要内容及方法,针对审计中发现的能耗大、能效低等问题,通过应用DeST软件模拟计算得出节能改造方案,新方案较原方案有显著的节能效果。With an example of energy audit for an existing office building in Xi’an, presents the main content and methods of energy audit for public buildings by analyzing the building general situation, envelopes, air conditioning system, and heating system etc. In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and low energy efficiency, the energy saving suggestions are given by and using a software named DeST, found that the effect of the energy saving is obvious.
