摘  要:针对曲轴的结构形式和受力状况,在三维边界元的基础上,提出了三维随机边界元法的数学模型,编写了计算程序.考虑了材料物性和载荷的随机性,对曲轴的应力进行了统计分析,算例所得结果可靠,并为曲轴的改进设计提供了依据.According to the structure and load condition of diesel crankshaft, a three dimensional stochastic boundary element model was proposed on the basis of three dimensional boundary element method and stochastic theory. A program was compiled to carry out the crankshaft calculation. In consideratio n of the randomness of material property and loads, stochastic stress analy sis and sensitivity analysis were performed. The results show that the calculati on precision is high, and the method provides a scientific basis for crankshaft reliability analysis and design.
