摘  要:研究了苯并噁嗪树脂及苯并噁嗪树脂基复合材料的湿热老化性能。采用RTM工艺,制备了苯并噁嗪树脂浇铸体、碳纤维和玻璃纤维增强增强苯并噁嗪树脂基复合材料,采用DSC,DMA,TGA等表征了苯并噁嗪树脂及苯并噁嗪树脂树脂基复合材料的常温干态热性能,分别测试了70℃和120℃的湿热老化性能。结果表明:苯并噁嗪树脂浇铸体、碳纤维和玻璃纤维增强苯并噁嗪树脂基复合材料具有优异的常温干态力学性能。70℃时,部分性能保持率在70%以上;120℃时,部分性能保持率在50%以上。苯并噁嗪树脂及苯并噁嗪树脂基复合材料表现出优异的抗湿热老化性能。Hot and humid weathering performance of benzoxazine resin and its composite was studied.Casts of benzoxazine resin,carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced benzoxazine resin composite were prepared with RTM technology.Room temperature dry properties of benzoxazine resin and its composite were characterized by DSC,DMA,and TGA.Their hot and humid weathering performances were tested at 70 ℃,120 ℃.The results showed that benzoxazine resin and its carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced composite exhibited excellent room temperature dry properties.At 70 ℃,all properties have at lease 70% retention ratio.While at 120 ℃,the properties have more than 50% retention ratio.It was concluded that benzoxazine resin,carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced benzoxazine resin have good hot and humid weathering performance.
