摘　　要：目的探讨全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗膝关节高度屈曲畸形的疗效。方法自2001年11月～2009年1月,应用TKA治疗膝关节高度屈曲畸形15例(23膝),术前、术后以HSS评分系统进行评估,判定结果。结果 15例均得到随访,随访时间13个月～6.5年,平均3.4年。术前HSS评分-5～34分,平均22.6分;术后61～89分,平均77.4分,差别有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在完善、精细的术前准备下,制定个体化的手术方案,术中注重截骨量与软组织平衡相结合,术后予以系统、规范的管理及康复训练,应用TKA治疗膝关节高度屈曲畸形可获得满意的疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of total knee replacement in treatment of severe flexion deformity knees.Methods There were 15 patients（23 knees）with flexion deformity knees who were treated by total knee arthroplasty during November 2001 to January 2009.HSS scoring system was used for evaluation at preoperative and postoperative period.Results Every patients was followed up.The mean followed-up time was 3.4 years（range 13 months to 6.5 years）.The mean HSS score of knee joint was 22.6 points at preoperative period（range 5 to 34） and it was 77.4 points at postoperative period（range 61～89）.The result showed statistical significance（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of synthetic surgical therapy for severe flexion deformity knees can be satisfactory with sufficient preoperative preparation and individual operation plan and paying attention to conjugate between resected bone quantity and balance of soft tissue solution in operation and systematical exercise project.
