单性罗非鱼及其亲本精巢的组织学和LDH同工酶的比较

摘　　要：以雌性尼罗罗非鱼和雄性奥利亚罗非鱼杂交获得全雄性杂交一代，用石蜡切片法和不连续系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法研究比较上述３种鱼的精巢的解剖形态学和ＬＤＨ同工酶，结果发现，罗非鱼杂交一代兼容了双亲ＬＤＨ同工酶的酶谱特征；杂种个体的精巢内生殖细胞密度比亲本的疏松，间质组织相对发达，间质细胞数目相对较多。LDH isozyme and anatomical characteristics of testes tissue were analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and tissue section techniques.Results showed that characteristics of LDH isozyme of hybrid fish exhibited those of its parents( T.nilotica♀ and T.aurea ).Moreover,compared with its parent fishes,the Hybrid had looser testes spermatocytes in density,better interstitial substance in development,and more interstitial cell in numbers.Those findings will be helpful to explain hybrid vigor.
