摘　　要：五子衍宗丸由五味子、枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、车前子五味药组成,为补肾生精的代表药。就五子衍宗丸的药理作用及其机理、主要临床应用等进行综述,并探讨其临床应用的药理基础。Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan is composed by the Schisandra,wolfberry fruit,dodder seed,raspberry and Plantago,and it is the representative drug for Bushenshengjing in Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this paper,the author reviewed the pharmacological action of Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan and it's mechanism,the main clinical applications of Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan.And the pharmacological basis for its clinical application was explored in this paper.
