摘 要:目的:制备辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体,并对其进行体外释药考察。方法:采用高压均质法制备辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体;用Franz扩散池考察其体外释药性质。结果:该制剂平均粒径81.1 nm,包封率为79.4%,载药量为47.5%;体外释药试验与辛夷挥发油相比,具有缓释效果。结论:本实验制备的辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体具有包封率高、粒径小的性质,体外能显著延缓药物释放,值得进一步研究。Objective: To prepare the volatile oil from nano-liposomes,and study its vitro release.Methods: Preparation ofvolatile oil homogeneous nano-liposomes with High pressure homogenization method;Investigat its vitro release characteristics with Franz diffusion cell.Results: The average size of the preparation was 81.1 nm,the encapsulation efficiency was 79.4%,drug loading was 47.5%;compared with volatile oil,in vitro release drug test has a sustained-release effect.Conclusion: The volatile oil prepared nano-liposomes with high entrapment efficiency,the nature of the small particle size,can significantly delay the in vitro drug release,it is worth further study.
