复方余甘子含片对人口咽部甲型链球菌及唾液SIgA的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析复方余甘子含片对人口咽部甲型链球菌(甲链)及唾液SIgA的影响,初步探讨该含片的作用机理。方法:筛选健康人群及慢性咽炎人群含服复方余甘子含片,采集含片前后咽拭子及唾液,咽拭子用于检测甲链,ELISA检测唾液中的SIgA含量。结果:含服复方余甘子含片2周后,慢性咽炎人群优势菌甲链升高(P=0.004<0.05);健康人群唾液中SIgA含量升高(P=0.012<0.05);且慢性咽炎的甲链升高与SIgA含量呈正相关关系(R=0.48,P=0.007<0.05)。结论:复方余甘子含片不论对慢性咽炎人群还是对健康人群,均有一定的防治上呼吸道感染的作用。Objective： To analyze the compound emblica Streptococcus throat lozenges on the population（a chain） and the impact of SIgA in saliva,a preliminary study the mechanism of the tablet.Methods： Screening healthy people and people with chronic pharyngitis emblica compound sublingual tablets,throat swab and saliva collected before and after tablets,throat swabs for the detection of a chain,ELISA detection of SIgA content in saliva.Results： The sublingual tablet Compound emblica after 2 weeks of chronic pharyngitis among a chain of dominant bacteria increased（P=0.0040.05）;SIgA content in saliva of healthy people increased（P=0.0120.05）;and chronic pharyngeal A chain of increased inflammation and a positive correlation between SIgA levels（R=0.48,P=0.0070.05）.Conclusion： Compound emblica tablet or whether people with chronic pharyngitis in healthy people,have some role in prevention and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.
