摘　　要：目的:探讨单孔一针法腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的安全管理措施。方法:回顾分析为300例患者施行单孔一针法腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料。结果:所有手术均顺利完成,患儿安全返回病房,无严重并发症发生。结论:手术和麻醉过程程序化、参加手术人员相互配合是保证安全的基础措施,监测气腹压力和流量,体位调整和体温护理是重点措施。Objective：To explore the safety management measures for single-Trocar and one-needle laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac.Methods：The clinical data of 300 cases underwent single-Trocar and one-needle laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac was retrospectively analyzed.Results：All surgeries were successfully completed.Children safely returned to ward.No serious complications occurred.Conclusions：The sequencing of the anesthesia process and surgery,and all personnel＇s coordination are the basis for measures to ensure safety.Monitoring the effects of pneumoperitoneum pressure and flow on the body,paying attention to adjustment of body posture and body temperature nursing are the key measures.
