摘  要:为提高复杂小断块薄油藏的开发效果,降低综合开发成本,江苏油田实施了第一口羽翅型水平分支井——H88ZP1井。针对该井的技术难点,重点介绍了分支井眼优化设计、侧钻提前量、悬空侧钻、轨迹控制、油气层保护及完井等技术。H88ZP1井累计钻获油、干层430m,初期自喷日产30t,是生产同层的常规井产量的8倍以上。该井的成功实施为今后水平分支井在同类薄油藏的推广应用提供了有益的借鉴。In order to improve development effect of reservoirs of complex minor fault blocks and thin reservoirs,and to reduce the cost of comprehensive development and improve economic benefits,the first pinnate horizontal-multilateral well,well H88ZP1,was successfully implemented in Jiangsu Oilfield.To solve technical difficulties during the well drilling,it was analyzed to technical problems and drilling technologies,such as optimization design of the branch holes,amount in advance of sidetracking,hanging sidetracking,trajectory control,oil formation protection and well completion,and so on,were introduced and are presented emphatically in this paper.Accumulative length of oil layer and dry layer in Well H88ZP1 is 430m.At the early stage,daily production of nature flow is 30t per day and 8 times more than that of the adjacent well.The case study would provide a good reference to the application and popularization of the horizontal multilaterals in the similar thin reservoir in the future.
