摘　　要：运用非线性动力学方程组,研究了两个激光器的交叉注入锁定;分析了方程组的稳态解;讨论了稳态运行时两个激光器的最大频率失谐范围。在两个激光器的参数都相同的条件下,得出了速率方程组的解析解。运用四阶龙格-库塔法,模拟分析了系统的动态行为。Mutual injection of two semiconductor lasers is studied by using the nonlinear dynamics equations.The stable solutions to the equations are analyzed,and the maximal range of frequency detuning between the two lasers in the steady state is discussed.Analysis solution is deduced on condition that the parameters of the two lasers are the same.The dynamical behaviors of the system are simulated and analyzed by using fourth-order Runge-kutta method.
