摘　　要：目的观察膀胱腔内电刺激对神经源性膀胱感觉功能的影响。方法 28例神经源性膀胱患者进行膀胱腔内电刺激治疗,对比分析治疗前后膀胱感觉功能的变化。结果治疗后,57.1%的患者膀胱感觉功能得到不同程度的恢复,其中32.1%患者初始尿意容量、强烈尿意容量明显改善,42.9%患者膀胱感觉功能没有变化。结论对于大多数神经源性膀胱患者,膀胱腔内电刺激能有效改善膀胱感觉功能。Objective To observe the effects of intravesical electric stimulation（IVES） on bladder sensation of neurogenic bladder.Methods 28 patients with neurogenic bladder was evaluated,which all underwent intravesical bladder stimulation.Their bladder sensation were analyzed before and after the treatment.Results 57.1% of the patients increased bladder sensation after treatment,32.1% appeared the first sensation and urge sensation after treatment,42.9% remained stable.Conclusion Intravesical bladder stimulation is effective to improve bladder sensation in a majority of the patients with neurogenic bladder.
