摘　　要：目的 ABO血型鉴定反定型在重度贫血与疑难血型鉴定中的关系。方法用2种检测血型的方法对1例重度贫血患者血型的鉴定。结果微柱凝胶试验反定型结果明显显现病人的真实血型。结论重度贫血会影响血型的鉴定,进行ABO血型鉴定反定型,可以防止和减少正定型带来的疑惑和误差。尤其在重度贫血等疾病时,进行血型的反定型实验更加重要。Objective To ABO blood typing reverse in severe anemia and difficult finalize the design the relationship between blood typing.Methods Using two inspection method of type of a severe anemia in patients with type of identification.Results Micro-column gel testing an finalize the design results clearly showing the patient＇s real blood type.Conclusion Serious anaemia affects blood type,carries on the appraisal of ABO blood typing anti finalize the design,can prevent and reduce positive finalize the design brings doubt and error.Especially in severe anemia and other diseases,carries on the type of anti finalize the design experiment is more important.
