摘　　要：目的探讨DR诊断隐匿性肋骨骨折的价值。方法回顾性分析68例初诊阴性的隐匿性肋骨骨折资料。结果 1根骨折47例,2根骨折13例,3根骨折5例,4根骨折3例;膈上肋骨41根,膈下肋骨59根。结论充分考虑临床症状和体症,灵活应用检查方法,DR能对隐匿性肋骨骨折作出正确诊断。Objective To evaluate the DR value in the diagnosis of occult rib fracture.Methods The datas of 68 patients with first negative for occult rib fracture were retrospectively analyzed.Results We found a fracture in 47 cases,two fractures in 13 cases,three fractures in 5 cases,and four fractures in 3 cases;41 occult rib fractures located above the diaphragm,and other 59 ribs below the diaphragm.Conclusion By fully considering the clinical symptoms and physical disease,and flexible application of inspection methods,DR can make the correct diagnosis of occult rib fracture.
