摘 要:大田条件下,以珍珠豆型花生品种"白沙1016"为材料,出苗后采用遮阳网遮光85%,遮光40d,研究了弱光胁迫对花生功能叶片光合特性及光合诱导的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,弱光下生长的花生叶片净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)较低,但胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)较高;弱光胁迫对花生光合诱导过程有显著影响,弱光下生长的花生叶片从黑暗转入强光后气孔开启晚、ФPSⅡ值和净光合速率上升慢,最终的ФPSⅡ值和净光合速率显著低于对照。总之,弱光下生长的花生净光合速率的降低是非气孔因素限制,其叶片碳同化能力低,光合诱导期延迟是其转入自然强光后光抑制严重的主要原因。The effect of low light on photosynthetic characteristic and photosynthetic induction of peanut(Baisha-1016) was studied by a field shading experiment(shading 85% light and lasting 40d from emergency).The results showed that relative to those under full light,the peanuts grew under low light environment had lower net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs),higher intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci);Upon sudden exposure from low to high light intensity,Pn and actual PSII efficiency(ФPSⅡ)of shaded leaves took much longer time to reach maximal levels,the maximum of Pn and ФPSⅡ was lower than its of the peanut grown under full light intensity.In conclusion,the Pn decreasing of shaded peanut was induced by non-stomatal factor.The shaded peanut leaves were more susceptible to photoinhibition than those grown under full light which due to low CO2 assimilation and the delay of photosynthetic induction period when exposured to high light.
