离子色谱法同时测定烟草中的阴离子含量

摘　　要：研究了离子色谱法测定烟草中7种阴离子的方法。烟草样品经70℃超声60 min后,在阴离子分析柱上,以1.92 mmol/L Na2CO3+1.80 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液,同时定量测定了7种阴离子。结果表明,方法具有较好的线性关系,重现性好,准确度高。该方法简便实用,用于实际样品的分析,所得结果令人满意。Ion chromatography was applied to the determination of 7 inorganic anions in the tobacco.The 7 anions in the sample were extracted ultrasonically for 60 min,at 70℃.The extract was then passed through the anion exchange column and the IC separation was chieved in 1.92 mmol/L Na2CO3＋1.80 mmol/L NaHCO3.The method is simple and useful and has linearity with correlation coefficients,which been applied to the determination of the anions with satisfactory and spendiness.
