颈椎间盘突出症微创治疗的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗颈椎间盘突出症理想的微创手术方法,临床应用PLDD＋医用臭氧椎间盘注射术的可行性。方法 36例患者在C型臂X线机监控下,将激光光导纤维经穿刺针腔置入到病变椎间盘的预定部位,按照预定激光量行椎间盘减压术,然后注入医用臭氧6-10 ml。结果术后1-6个月定期随访患者,优21例,良11例,可3例;差1例;优良率为88.9%;无一例严重并发症出现。结论 PLDD＋医用臭氧椎间盘注射术具有痛苦小、安全性高、疗效肯定等突出优点,是治疗椎间盘突出症理想的微创手术疗法。Objective Discussing the feasibility ideal minimally invasive surgery in treating Herniatio of Cervical Disc and the feasibility of using PLDD and medical ozone in such treatment.Methods 36 cases of cervical disc herniation were selected as samples.Under the monitoring of C-arm X-ray machine,lead the laser optical fiber to the predetermined spot on the cervical disc through puncture needle cavity.Conduct PLDD according to the predetermined laser quantity and inject 6-10ml medical ozone.Results During the 1-6 months after operation follow ups,the results are： 21 cases（59.3%） were cured.Effect showed in 11 cases.（30.5%） 4 cases（11.1%） were effective.1 case（2.6%） was ineffective.There was no severe complications and the fine rate is 89.1%.Conclusion The PLDD and the cervical disc medical ozone injection technique have the advantages of less pain,high security and assertive effects.It is an ideal minimally invasive surgery in treating Herniation of Cervical Disc.
