不明物体“太岁”的初步研究

摘　　要：目的利用现代化学分析手段,分离提取"不明物体"的主要化学成分,并结合仪器进行综合鉴定。方法样品Ⅰ水溶解物经正丁醇萃取,萃取液和母液分别通过柱层析、乙醇沉淀分离提纯得到若干化合物和一主要白色沉淀化合物。白色沉淀经去脂、去蛋白、脱盐等处理,经核磁、元素测定及红外等综合分析,确定其基本组成。结果经分析,样品Ⅰ主要成分为聚乙烯醇,按照相同的处理方法,样品Ⅱ同样得到白色沉淀物,处理后经红外分析对照,基本物质也为聚乙烯醇。结论 1992年陕西发现的首例样品Ⅰ和河北2005年发现的样品Ⅱ,都是一种以聚乙烯醇为主,且含少量多糖物质,并且混杂有黏细菌、霉菌及芽孢细菌的复杂"不明物体"。Aim By using modern chemical analysis techniques and analysis instruments,the main chemical compositions of ＂unknown objects＂ is separated and extracted.Methods The water dissolved objects of ＂sample Ⅰ＂is exstracted by n-butanol,extract fluid and mother liquor,then is treated separately through columnchromatographic analysis and ethyl alcohol precipitation,get ting some compounds and one kind of main white precipated object.The white precipitated object under goes the removal of liqids and proteins,and desalination,the basic component is determined through the NMR,IR,and other elemental analysis and comprehensive analysis.Results By analysis,the major composition of ＂sample Ⅰ＂ is PVA.Similarly,the white sediments was got after ＂sample Ⅱ＂ was processed,after analysis by infrared control,the basic component is PVA.Conclusion The experimental results show that the first case of ＂sample I＂ which was discovered in Shaanxi in 1992 and ＂sample II＂ found in Herbei in 2005 are complex ＂unknown objects＂ with the major component of polyvinyl alcohol which contains a small amount of polysaccharide material,a visco-and mixed bacteria,fungi and bacteria Bacillus.
