摘  要:采用L8(27)正交试验设计,在盆形嗅觉仪中测定了有翅桃蚜对30种芳香植物材料的选择行为反应。正交试验结果表明,有翅桃蚜对山奈、祈白芷和广陈皮3种芳香植物材料的反应指数最大,分别为0.6368、0.5198和0.5058。单一材料验证试验结果表明,山奈、广陈皮和祈白芷对有翅桃蚜的驱避率分别达62.04%、56.79%和40.75%,明显优于过去报道的蚜虫驱避活性化合物水杨酸甲酯。Bioassays on choice response of alate Myzus persicae(Sulzer) by 30 aroma plant materials were conducted in a basin-typed olfactometer using L8(27) orthogonal array design.The results of orthogonal array design showed that the response indices of alate M.persicae to Kaempferia galanga,Citrus tangerina and Angelica dahurica were 0.6368,0.5198,and 0.5058,respectively,which were the highest among the tested materials.The results of verification tests by applying single sample showed that the repellent percentages of K.galanga,C.tangerina and A.dahurica to alate M.persicae were 62.04%,56.79% and 56.79%,respectively,significantly better than that of methyl salicylate,a compound being reported having repellent effect on many aphid species previously.
