摘　　要：目的:探讨小腿逆行筋膜皮下组织瓣加植皮术修复足部创面的应用情况。方法:应用小腿逆行筋膜皮下组织瓣加植皮术修复13例足部创面缺损,筋膜皮下组织瓣面积为12cm×7cm～8cm×4cm。结果:1例筋膜瓣边缘坏死面积1.5c2m,经换药处理后愈合,12例筋膜瓣全部成活。结论:应用小腿逆行筋膜皮下组织瓣加植皮术修复足部创面缺损,不损伤主要血管,操作方便,皮瓣成活率高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the applicable condition of adipofascial flap and skin grafting for foot surface wounds repairing.Methods Application of lower leg adipofascial flaps and skin graft technique repaired 13 patients with foot surface wounds defects,the size of fascial subcutaneous tissue flap was 12 cm × 7cm～8cm × 4cm.Results One case had 1.5cm2 edge necrosis of adipofascial flap,but it was healed by wound dressing treatment,other 12 cases of adipofascial flaps were all survived.Conclusion Application of lower leg adipofascial flaps and skin grafting for foot surface wound defects,there was no damage to the major blood vessels,it was easy to practice and had high survive rate.Therefore it worth for Popularization.
