颜面部埋置扩张器并发症的原因分析及处理

摘　　要：探讨颜面部埋置扩张器并发症发生的原因及处理方法。方法:对2004年12月～2009年12月间应用过颜面部皮肤软组织扩张器置入的患者进行回顾性分析。结果:本组87例患者,共计使用扩张器112只。其中,扩张器外露9次,扩张器不张5次,血肿6次,感染2次,经手术清除血肿、控制感染后治愈。结论:颜面部埋置扩张器并发症较多,如能及时发现,及时处理,可降低并发症的发生率。而术者的操作技术和手术方法的选择也是预防并发症发生的重要因素。Objective To investigate the treatment method of complication causes of facial embed tissue expander.Methods Using the skin soft tissue expander implanted to patient proceed retrospective analysis from December 2004 to December 2009.Results There were 87 cases in the group,and totally used 112 tissue expander.Regarding to the 112 tissue expander,the tissue expander exposured for 9 times,the tissue expander was atelectasis for 5 times,also there were 6 times haematoma and 2 times infection.However the haematoma was cleared and infection was controlled after operation.Conclusion The complication of embed facial tissue expander was very common.However the early recognision and immediatelly treatment could decreasing the incidence of complication.Also the selection of doctor＇s operation technique and method was an important factor to prevent complication occurrence.
