中老年人上睑松弛皮肤的改良整复

摘　　要：目的:通过对传统整复中老年人上睑皮肤松弛术式的改良有效纠正此类就医者上睑内中外侧皮肤松弛问题。方法:根据就医者具体部位皮肤松弛情况将多余皮肤切除。结果:2008年9月以来对18名上睑皮肤内外明显松弛的中老年人采用了改良术式,将松弛皮肤切口设计为类纺锤形,术后随访3～12个月,就医者对手术效果表示满意。结论:应用改良后的手术方法修复中老年人上睑皮肤松弛,效果理想。Objective To explore a new method modificated from the traditional operation for repairing the flaccidness of upper eyelid skin of middle and old aged persons.Methods We removed some surplus upper eyelid skin according to the degree of the relaxation.Results 18 patients who suffered from flaccidness of upper eyelid skin were treated with the modification method,18 cases were followed up for 3～12 months,and 18 cases were achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion Using the modification skill to treat the middle and old aged patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation had idea effects.
